Asalamualaikum, Today I came to Ramadan Club and gave a speech about one of the most important sahabiya to have ever walked this planet. That person is Barakah. Barakah was a person who was unique in the way that she was the only one who was so close to the prophet (SAW) throughout his life. From birth till death. She was so close to him that the prophet (SAW) even referred to her as his own mother. Her life was one of selfless service in the prophet (SAW)'s household. She remained deeply devoted to the pious, gentle and caring prophet (SAW). Above all, her devotion to the religion of Islam was strong and unshakable. She died during the caliphate of Uthman. Although her place of death was unknown, her place in paradise is assured. We also helped with the masjid mosaic mural, which Alhamdulillah is coming along quite well!
